Abstract

Chronic childhood stunting restricts long-term cognitive and socio-economic potential. Analyzing multi-sectoral health interventions integrating clean sanitation access, maternal micro-nutrient supplementation, and mobile community clinic monitoring over three years, this evaluation records a notable 14.6% reduction in district-wide stunting prevalence.
